Returns & Refunds Policy
At Big Block Coffee, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to fuel your drive. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any of our products, including coffee, clothing, or pack entries.
Why Are Sales Final?
- Coffee is a perishable product, meaning we cannot accept returns once it has left our facility.
- Clothing & Pack Entries are tied to our muscle car giveaway. When you purchase a pack entry or clothing, you are automatically entered into the draw. Since entries are processed immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@bigblockcoffee.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our products and giveaway structure, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
✅ Coffee (perishable goods)
✅ Clothing & Pack Entries (due to automatic giveaway entry)
✅ Sale Items & Gift Cards
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Due to the perishable nature of our coffee and the giveaway entry system, this policy does not apply to Big Block Coffee purchases.
